Celebrate Chinese New Year 2018 with VENUE’s special “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng platter!
Guests can choose between salmon ($48 small/ $88 large) or kanpachi ($68 small/ $98 large), served with ingredients such as jellyfish, rock melon, nashi pear, dragon fruit and pickled vegetables (to name a few).
Tossing these in our own house-blended sauce that uses grapeseed oil and honey, we have created a lighter (and healthier!) version of this dish.
Available from 1 February till 2 March for dine-in and takeaway. Orders must be made 24 hours in advance.

VENUE By Sebastian serves contemporary European cuisine with selective Asian influences.
The restaurant setting is casual and relaxed, and we serve our dishes according to a “sharing concept”. Instead of having individually plated courses, guests order a selection of dishes to be shared by all at the table.
We take our food very seriously: every dish must be honest, consistently well-executed, full of taste yet retaining the right balance of flavours.
Sebastian Ng was the former Chef-Partner of the highly acclaimed Restaurant Ember from 2002-2014. His culinary training includes stints at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London, Hotel de Mikuni in Tokyo, and La Credenza in Turin, Italy. He was awarded the World Gourmet Summit’s Rising Chef of the Year award in 2004 and 2005.
CHEF DE CUISINE
Jonathan Lee was formerly the Head Chef at Artichoke. He graduated with a Bachelors of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America’s Singapore Program before working at Osteria Mozza in Singapore. He also spent several months as a stage at the one Michelin-starred restaurant Studio in Copenhagen. In 2016, Jonathan was a finalist for Rising Chef of the Year in the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.

Lunch: 11.30am - 2:30pm (last orders at 2pm)
Dinner: 6.30pm - 9.30pm (last orders at 9pm)
Closed on Sundays.
Chinese New Year: we will be closed from (and including) 15 Feb (Thu) and will re-open on 19 Feb (Mon).
