Celebrate Chinese New Year 2020 with VENUE’s special “Lo Hei” Yu Sheng platter!
Guests can choose either:
- Salmon ($48++ small/ $88++ large), OR
- Kanpachi ($68++ small/ $98++ large), OR
- Abalone ($98++ small/ $128++ large)
It is served with ingredients such as jelly fish, rock melon, nashi pear, dragon fruit and pickled vegetables (to name a few). Tossing these in our own house blend sauce that uses grapeseed oil and honey, we have created a lighter and healthier version of this dish.
Available from 10 January till 8 February 2020 for dine-in and takeaway.

VENUE By Sebastian serves contemporary European cuisine with selective Asian influences.
The restaurant setting is casual and relaxed, and we serve our dishes according to a “sharing concept”. Instead of having individually plated courses, guests order a selection of dishes to be shared by all at the table.
We take our food very seriously: every dish must be honest, consistently well-executed, full on taste yet retaining the right balance of flavours.
Sebastian Ng was the former Chef-Partner of the highly acclaimed Restaurant Ember from 2002-2014. His culinary training includes stints at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London, Hotel de Mikuni in Tokyo, Vue de Monde in Melbourne and La Credenza in Turin, Italy. He was awarded the World Gourmet Summit’s Rising Chef of the Year award in 2004 and 2005.
CHEF DE CUISINE
Jonathan Lee was formerly the Head Chef at Artichoke. He graduated with a Bachelors of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America’s Singapore Program before working at Osteria Mozza in Singapore. He also spent several months as a stage at the one Michelin-starred restaurant Studio in Copenhagen. In 2016, Jonathan was a finalist for Rising Chef of the Year in the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.
Our menus vary on a daily basis because we regularly introduce new dishes and incorporate seasonal ingredients.
We present here our sample lunch and dinner menus.
For larger groups, our set menus are an ideal choice.
Monday - Saturday:
Lunch: 11.15am - 3:00pm (last orders at 2pm)
Dinner: 6.30pm - 10.00pm (last orders at 9pm)
6pm to 8pm, Mondays to Wednesdays
Closed on Sundays.
Chinese New Year 2020:
24 to 27 January (both dates inclusive): closed.
28 January: open only for dinner
